Neem 1 a 2 scheppen, 30 minuten voor het sporten. Meng iedere schep met 300-400ml koud water (afhankelijk van gewenste zoetheid) en consumeer onmiddellijk. We raden je aan om met 1 schep of minder te beginnen om je tolerantie te testen. Bevat 200mg Cafeïne per schep.

Waarschuwing: Hoge cafeïne-inhoud. Niet aanbevolen voor kinderen, zwangere vrouwen of vrouwen die borstvoeding geven (200mg cafeïne per portie vam 16g).
